Objective-Based Management is the second stage in Thrive Consulting’s methodology, focused on transforming diagnostic findings into a clear and measurable operating system.

In this phase, the necessary tools are designed to align business objectives with strategic metrics, ensuring that commercial and customer management is based on organized information and informed decision-making.

Methodology

Condition 1: Clients with Established Preconditions

 For clients with a basic customer journey, standardized data, and existing dashboards:

• Review of data collection points and their alignment with KPIs.

• Dashboard adjustments to improve data traceability and facilitate decision-making.

• Refinement of existing OKRs based on business objectives.

Condition 2: Clients Without Established Preconditions

   For clients who do not meet the initial conditions:

Establishing Key Objectives: Collaborative work with General Management and the Board to define commercial and customer service objectives.

Creating Data Feeders: Designing data collection points based on the customer journey (from Phase 1 or provided by the client).

Practical Tool Implementation: Use of tools like Microsoft Office or adjusting existing CRMs according to business needs.

Organized Databases: Developing structured databases aligned with the recommendations from the data consulting process.

Prioritization and Adjustment: Refining collected information to maximize relevance

Deliverables for Both Scenarios:

Structured Information:

• Integration or enhancement of the customer journey defined in Phase 1.

OKRs and KPIs:

• Creation or refinement of clear OKRsaligned with business objectives.
